The invention relates to an extension structure of a current converter module unit. The extension structure is characterized in that more than two module units extend according to a rectangular array in a plane and are stacked up and cascaded by multiple layers in the height direction to form a helical tower-shaped structure. The structure occupies small space, is compact and easy to install and maintain and has strong extendibility.
