The invention relates to an uprighting analysis method for a floating Spar platform. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) determining initial unit information and parameters of the Spar platform; 2) calculating a load and determining the mass of a soft cabin unit; 3) importing the basic unit information of the Spar platform, the material information and the calculated load to a vector type finite element plane bent beam model, and performing iterative computation to obtain new motion information; 4) if the structural corner in the new motion information is already 90 degrees and the difference between the structural corner in the new motion information and the structural corner before 2 seconds is less than micro epsilon, judging that uprighting is completed and finishing simulation; otherwise, importing the new motion information to the step 1), and performing recalculation; 5) after the uprighting is completed, outputting the recorded time domain motion information, wherein the time domain motion information comprises a displacement time domain, a speed time domain and an acceleration time domain; and 6) establishing a load importing method, converting the time domain motion information into a load time domain according to the load importing method, importing the load time domain into an ANSYS structural analysis model, and then performing intensity analysis on the whole uprighting process.
