A conveying vehicle (1) comprising: a coaxial two-wheeled vehicle (2) provided with two wheels (13) arranged on the same axis; a load carrying vehicle (3); and a connecting mechanism (4) for interconnecting the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle (2) and the load carrying vehicle (3). The connecting mechanism (4) is provided with a rolling-rotation-permitting section (4a) for permitting the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle (2) to rotate in the direction of rolling thereof with the direction of travel of the two-wheeled vehicle (2) defined as the axis of the rolling. The connecting mechanism (4) is also provided with a pitching-rotation-permitting section (4b) for permitting the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle (2) to rotate in the direction of pitching thereof with the left-right direction of the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle (2) defined as the axis of the pitching.
