Provided is a liquefied gas carrier ship wherein a gangway ladder installed in a terminal at which the liquefied gas carrier ship is scheduled to dock can be bridged entirely even if an upper deck is arranged at a low position. A liquefied gas carrier (1) comprises a plurality of spherical tanks (2) for storing liquefied gas therein, arranged in the bow-stern direction and secured to the hull (5) through a skirt, and one or a plurality of tank covers (7) covering the upper half portion of the spherical tanks (2) and extending in the bow-stern direction and the beam direction, wherein a walkway (20) on which a gangway ladder installed in a terminal docked for loading/unloading work is to be bridged is provided above an upper deck (6) located between the side surface (7a) of the tank cover (7) and a side shell (9).
