The invention provides a column packing structure of a concrete column in a clean zone and a construction method thereof. A vertical keel is respectively fixed in the middle of the four surfaces of the concrete column, a plurality of keels with fasteners are fixed on the vertical keels at intervals, each keel main body with the fastener is a groove-shaped structure which consists of a flat plate,a left side plate and a right side plate, the middle of one side, opposite to each vertical keel, of each flat plate is connected with the fastener, an inner plate consists of four L-shaped corner plates, and the peripheries of the four L-shaped corner plates are respectively and correspondingly provided with four L-shaped veneer plates; and the two side edges of each L-shaped veneer plate are longer than the L-shaped corner plates, the longer parts of the L-shaped veneer plates are partially bended to be a plurality of clamping heads which are matched with the shapes of the fasteners, and the clamping heads of the adjoining two L-shaped veneer plates are tightly glued with each other back to back and are inserted into the inner parts of the fasteners simultaneously to be locked with the fasteners. In the invention, the external corners of the veneer plates of the concrete column can not generate joints, thereby not only being good in sealing effect and convenient to clean, but also being capable of playing a part in beautiful decoration. The invention is applied to a column packing structure with a concrete column or a steel concrete column in a clean zone.
