The invention discloses a high-filling high-heat distortion temperature polypropylene composite material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 to 70 percent of co-polypropylene, 5 to 10 percent of powder polypropylene, 10 to 50 percent of talcpowder, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of composite antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of nucleating agent, 0.1 to 1 percent of processing aid and 0 to 20 percent of elastomer, wherein the composite antioxidant is a mixture of an antioxidant with multipolar functional group and a common antioxidant; and the functionality of theantioxidant with the polar functional group is more than or equal to 3. A method for preparing the composite material comprises the following steps of: mixing the power polypropylene, the elastomer, the talcpowder, the nucleating agent and partial processing aid to form talcpowder masterbatches; and uniformly mixing the talcpowder masterbatches and the rest components, and performing melt extrusion and granulation. The polypropylene composite material disclosed by the invention has good mechanical properties, also has higher heat distortion temperature, and is suitable for manufacturing automotive interior and exterior parts, parts of air conditioner and the like.
