摘要：
本发明公开了一种99mTc标记2-硝基咪唑类黄原酸盐配合物的制备方法，其代表通式为99mTc-2NMEtXT。通过a.配体2NMEtXT的合成和b.99mTc-2NMEtXT配合物的制备的两个步骤制备而成。该配合物的放射化学纯度高、稳定性好、在肿瘤中有高的摄取值和良好的滞留，肿瘤/血和肿瘤/肌肉比值好，可以作为一种新型肿瘤乏氧显像剂推广应用。

The invention discloses a preparation method of <99m>technetium (Tc) labeled 2-nitroimidazole xanthate complexes. The representative general formula of the complexes is <99m>Tc-2NMEtXT. The method comprises the following two steps: a. synthesizing the ligand 2NMEtXT; and b. preparing the <99m>Tc-2NMEtXT complexes. The complexes have high radiochemical purity, good stability, high uptake value andgood retention property in the tumors and good tumor-blood ratio and tumor-muscle ratio and can be popularized and applied as novel imaging agents of hypoxia in the tumors.
