The invention relates to a tube rotator of an integral tube mill, which comprises a carriage, a traveling device, a traveling drive device, a supporting roller assembly and a rotation drive device, wherein the traveling device comprises a I drive wheel and a II drive wheel which are arranged in pairs at intervals on a bottom longitudinal beam at the right side of the carriage, a I support wheel and a II support wheel which are arranged in pairs at intervals on a bottom longitudinal beam at the left side of the carriage and wheel shafts corresponding to the wheels; the traveling drive device comprises an II motor, a IV reducer, a belt transmission device, a III reducer and a chain transmission device; the supporting roller assembly comprises a plurality of active supporting rollers which are respectively borne on a front cross beam of the carriage by bearings and bearing seats and a plurality of follow-up supporting rollers borne on a back cross beam; and the rotation drive device comprises a I motor, a I reducer, a II reducer and a transmission shaft. By using the active supporting rollers and a bearing mode based on the supporting rollers, the bearing force acting on a tube is reasonably distributed, the contact stress at the bearing point is small, and the rotation drive force is large. Besides, because of multi-stage reduction, the rotation of the tube is smooth, safe and reliable, and the maneuverability is favorable.
