The device comprises a transparent cover and a grinding roll shaft, wherein the grinding roll shaft is provided with an oil sealing sleeve; the oil sealing sleeve and the transparent cover form an oil sealing cavity; a plurality of oil seals and outer oil sealing partition plates are arranged in the oil sealing cavity respectively; the outer oil sealing partition plates are arranged between every two adjacent oil seals; a grease cavity is formed by the internal diameter of the oil sealing sleeve and the external diameter of the grinding roll shaft; an axial oil hole and a radial oil hole are formed on the grinding roll shaft in the axial direction and the radial direction respectively; the radial oil hole is led to the surface of the grinding roll shaft; one end of the axial oil hole is connected with the radial oil hole; and the oil sealing sleeve is provided with two rows of reducing holes corresponding to the oil sealing cavity. Through the device, a grinding roll can be excellently sealed to ensure that a bearing works in a clean environment and further prolong the service life of the bearing.
