The invention relates to maize straw high-efficiency degradation composite bacteria feed, which is prepared by fermenting maize straw powder by utilizing maize straw high-efficiency degradation composite bacteria, wherein the maize straw high-efficiency degradation composite bacteria comprises a carrier and a composite bacterial agent; the carrier is wheat bran powder; the composite bacterial agent comprises a bacterial agent I and a bacterial agent II; and the composite bacterial agent is fully mixed with the maize straw powder in an aerobic fermentation device, the maize straw is degraded through the synergistic effect among different strains, the degradation efficiency is enhanced and the degradation time is shortened so that the substances are rapidly degraded and recycled to be converted into the feed for feeding different livestock and poultry. By using the maize straw high-efficiency degradation composite bacterial agent, the problems of land occupation caused by landfill, fire disasters, traffic dangers and environment pollution burning, and the like can be effectively solved.
