The invention discloses a method for preparing tremella spore fermentation liquor. The method comprises the following steps of: separating a wild or artificially cultured tremella seed solid to obtain a tremella spore; separating and purifying; vaccinating the tremella spore in a culture medium comprising 100g/L of fresh white potatoes, 0.4 percent of glucose, 0.3 percent of corn steep liquor, 1 percent of yeast selenium powder and 0.05 percent of phosphate and having natural pH value; growing and fermenting; and preparing to obtain the tremella spore fermentation liquor. The invention also discloses a tremella spore fermentation bioactive feed additive product which is prepared by mixing 5kg of the obtained tremella spore fermentation liquor with 1kg of wheat bran (in the proportion of 1:5) and drying at a temperature not higher than 65 DEG C, wherein each gram of additive dry powder contains 13*108-26*108, and tremella spore fermentation materials of the additive dry powder occupy 12+/-1 percent.
