The invention relates to a method for improving the measurement accuracy of hydraulic moment of a guide vane of a model water turbine, which is characterized in that the measurement section of a conventional guide vane stem is changed from a solid circular shaft structure into a hollow circular shaft structure. On the premise that the overall dimension of the measurement section is same, and the adopted material and heat treatment process are also same, the time required for reaching an elastic stable state for the measurement section of the guide vane stem in the hollow circular shaft structure is shorter than that of the traditional solid circular shaft structure under the same stress state,, thus the random uncertainty of a relation curve between an applied moment and an output voltage signal is reduced so as to realize the aim of improving the measurement accuracy of the guide vane hydraulic moment of the model water turbine.
