The invention discloses a method for implementing services and the intelligent server autonomy of a failure information system, which is mainly applied to the fields of electric power automation, failure information and intelligent grid supporting systems, failure analysis, and the like. The invention aims to simplify the complexity of cooperative works of multiple servers, reduce the system construction and maintenance cost and solve the problem of vulnerability of a communication key node in a multicomputer system by avoiding using hot standby. In addition, the method solves the problem of non-uniform resource utilization of the multicomputer system by adopting an intelligent service migration method and avoids the traditional mode of single server with single effect. The method has the following technical characteristics that an autonomous domain definition is adopted to multiple servers; a high-efficiency and stable main server voting algorithm is used in the autonomous domain; services in the system are intelligently dispatched so as to effectively utilize the resources of all the servers in the system; and service data meta languages and a simple and stable communication mode are combined to reduce the communication load in the system.
