The invention discloses a slip casting ceramic solar panel with waste residues or minerals as sunlight absorbers, relating to a solar heat collector and a ceramic solar heat collector, in particular to a slip casting ceramic solar panel with waste black ceramic residues or black ceramic minerals as sunlight absorbers and a production process thereof. A substrate is a hollow ceramic panel with an inlet port and an outlet port and is made of common ceramic slurry through one-step slip casting, the surface layer exposed to the sun is the waste black ceramic residues or the black ceramic minerals; and accordingly, a slip casting waste black ceramic residue composite hollow ceramic solar panel or slip casting black ceramic mineral composite hollow ceramic solar panel with an inlet port and an outlet port is formed, or a slip casting waste black ceramic residue hollow ceramic solar panel or slip casting black ceramic mineral hollow ceramic solar panel with an inlet port and an outlet port is formed by directing using waste black ceramic residue slurry or black ceramic mineral slurry through one-step slip casting without using the common ceramic slurry. The ceramic solar panel is used for heating water, air or other fluids.
