The automatic constant temperature drying and automatic regulation material flow control device comprises a standard control device, an industrial control computer, a solar heat exchanger, a vertical dryer, an automatic constant temperature drying control device and a vertical dryer control device, wherein the standard control device is connected with the industrial control computer through a standard serial communication interface and is respectively connected with the solar heat exchanger and the vertical dryer, and the solar heat exchanger is connected with the vertical dryer. The invention has the advantages of simpleness, smooth flow and high automation degree, carries out automatic control by the industrial control computer, replaces fuel coals to dry the materials, improves the production efficiency and achieves the purposes of energy saving and emission reduction.
