The invention develops a novel pour point depressing complex agent, mainly aiming at the problems of poor compatibility with base oil, stablility and high temperature resistance, small pour point depressing range and the like in the existing lubricating oil base oil pour point depressing addictives. The complex agent has the advantages of large pour point depressing range, wide applicable scope, favourable compatibility with the base oil, favourable stability, no layering and the like.
