The invention discloses a superhard material cutter which comprises a base, a plurality of cutting units and a plurality of combining units. The working surface of the base is provided with more than one long groove; the cutting units are provided with cutting ends and are respectively placed in the plurality of long grooves in the way of inclining for a certain degree relative to the working surface; and the combining units are used for fixedly combining the base and the plurality of cutting units. By using the depth, the width and the like of the long grooves, the inclined angles of the cutting units inclining relative to the working surface and the height of the peaks of the cutting units protruding out of the working surface can be controlled during manufacturing the cutter; and in addition, the cutting efficiency of the cutter can be improved by enabling the plurality of pyramidal peaks to protrude out of the working surface and cutting an object to be cut at the same time.
