The invention relates to a coreless-paper roll rewinding machine using air flow to assist winding. The coreless-paper roll rewinding machine is mainly characterized in that: an air pipe which blows air downwards is arranged above a rewinding lower roll; the roll gap between a rewinding upper roll and the rewinding lower roll is no more than 10 mm; a plurality of air flow channels are distributed in a roll body of the rewinding upper roll; a plurality of sets of air suction ports are formed on a surface of the roll body; each set of the air suction ports are formed into one or more rows along the length direction of the roll body; each set of the air suction ports is communicated with each air flow channel formed in the roll body; an air suction cover is arranged at the position close to an end part of the rewinding upper roll; and each air flow channel formed in the roll body is communicated with or disconnected with the air suction ports of the suction cover along with the rotating of the rewinding upper roll in turn. The coreless-paper roll rewinding machine using the air flow to assist the winding neither needs to depend on the support of a winding assisting plate nor needs to change the roll gap between the rewinding upper roll and the rewinding lower roll during the whole process from starting winding to finishing rewinding, and has the advantages of high rewinding reliability, stable rewinding, uniform tightness of a core part of paper rolls, no pressure marks generated on the surface of the paper rolls and the like.
