The invention provides a pressure sensing type touch device comprising a first substrate, a conducting layer provided with the first substrate, a second substrate, a first electrode pattern, a second electrode pattern and a microprocessor. When a user slightly touches the touch operation surface of the touch device but the conducting layer is not in contact with the first electrode pattern, the touch device is in a capacitance type touch position sensing mode; and when the user contacts the touch operation surface of the touch device or operates the touch operation surface of the touch deviceby pen input to enable the conducting layer to be in contact with the first electrode pattern, the touch device is in a resistance-type touch position sensing mode.
