The invention discloses a seamless aluminum-plastic coextrusion composite hose and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite hose comprises a hose head and a hose body, wherein the hose body comprises a plastic inner tube, a binder, an aluminum tube and a plastic outer tube, and the aluminum tube is formed by tightly engaging and butting an aluminum foil through two zigzag sides thereof. The method for manufacturing the hose comprises the following steps of: manufacturing the plastic inner tube, and coating the binder on the outer surface thereof; stamping two longitudinal edges of the aluminum foil into the zigzag shape; then tightly engaging and integrating the two zigzag sides of the aluminum foil into a cylinder, and tightly binding and molding with the plastic inner tube to obtain the aluminum-plastic hose simultaneously; and finally cladding a hot-melting binder layer and the plastic outer tube on the outer surface through hose extrusion equipment, and performing cooling shaping to obtain the hose body of the composite hose; and injecting the hose body to obtain the seamless aluminum-plastic coextrusion composite hose. The aluminum tube manufactured by the invention has no obvious lapping trace at the butt joint, is hardly loosened, has excellent pressure resistance and tensile property, and is attractive in appearance and practical. The manufacturing method has stable process and simple and easy contrapuntal joint.
