A vehicle suspension includes a vehicle body, a supporting member, wherein a proximal end is attached to the vehicle body at a central axis. A distal end of the support member includes a hanger configured to receive and to allow a tie-down hook to move in an arcuate path, wherein the arcuate path is defined by a circle centered at the point of intersection of the central axis and the arcuate path.
