An introduction-into-subject system which is capable of making a reliable puncture of a needle in a layer subjected to puncture.A capsule endoscope (10) has the needle (16) which can project from the surface of a casing and can be housed under the surface and the capsule endoscope (10) has a permanent magnet (18). A magnetic field control part (8) controls a magnetic field generation part to generate a magnetic field which varies the direction of the permanent magnet (18) on the basis of the magnetization direction of the permanent magnet (18) at the capsule endoscope (10), the position of the needle (16) at the capsule endoscope (10), and the direction of the tip of the needle (16). Therefore, the magnetic field control part (8) varies the direction of the whole capsule endoscope (10) so as to make the puncture of the projecting needle (16) in the layer subjected to puncture. As the result of this, it is possible to reliably stick the needle (16) into the layer to be punctured.
