The invention relates to a simulation test device applied in the field of urban subway engineering, in particular to a simulation test system for a soil pressure balance shielding screw conveyer. The simulation test system comprises a screw conveyer consisting of a sleeve, screw arranged in the sleeve and a motor for driving the screw, wherein the end part of the screw passes through a soil box. The simulation test system is characterized in that the end part of the screw is arranged in the center of the bottom of the soil box; and the top of the soil box is connected with a water box through a stabilized pressure pump. The simulation test system has the advantages that the stabilized pressure pump takes water as a medium to provide stable water pressure for soil layers and dregs in the soil box, so that the simulation test system can simulate the soil and water pressure supported by the bottom of the screw conveyer when a shield is positioned in water-rich strata of different types or passes through rivers for tunneling.
