A solar cell panel (9) is held by using a main frame member (10) for holding one side of the solar cell panel (9) and a sub-frame member (20) for holding the side adjoining the one side. The main frame member (10) is constituted of a solar cell panel main holding portion (11), a main wall portion (12) and a main bottom portion piece (16). The sub-frame member (20) is constituted of a solar cell panel sub-holding portion (21), a sub- wall portion (22) and a sub-bottom portion piece (26). The sub-bottom portion piece (26) of the sub-frame member (20) is located above the main bottom portion piece (16) of the main frame member (10), the lower surface of the sub-bottom portion piece (26) near the side end thereof is brought into contact with the upper surface of the main bottom portion piece (16) near the side end thereof, and a waterproof bank piece (28) bent upward is formed at the leading end of the sub-bottom portion piece (26) on the inside, thus constituting a solar cell module (1a).
