Apparatus for delivering a quantity of fluid to bone marrow includes a driver, a plunger operating and cartridge assembly mechanism, a cartridge assembly and a bone penetrating needle. Wherein the plunger operating and cartridge assembly mechanism is rotatably connected with the driver, the cartridge assembly is provided with a driving connector for connecting with one end portion of the plunger operating and cartridge assembly mechanism releasably, and the bone penetrating needle is connected with the cartridge assembly opposite to the driving connector.
