The invention provides a radio frequency identification transmitting bullet realized by a hot melt adhesive and a manufacturing method thereof, which belong to the technical field of the electron. The radio frequency identification transmitting bullet comprises a hot melt adhesive layer arranged at the front end of the RFID transmitting bullet, a bullet shell main body connected with the hot melt adhesive layer, an RFID accommodating cavity arranged inside the bullet shell main body and an RFID firmware arranged in the accommodating cavity. The manufacturing method for the radio frequency identification transmitting bullet comprises the following steps: arranging the bullet shell main body and a supporting hot melt adhesive firmware and arranging a buffer layer on the periphery of the RFID firmware; arranging the RFID firmware in the accommodating cavity of the bullet shell main body and packaging the bullet shell main body; and packaging the molded hot melt adhesive firmware at the front end of the bullet shell main body. By utilizing the invention, the RFID device can be arranged on various target objects, so the application range of the RFID firmware is improved and the effectiveness of the identification structure of the RFID firmware is widened.
