The invention relates to a transfer basement film for use in the aluminum plating of gold and silver ornaments. The basement film is comprised of layers A, B and C which are formed by hot melting, coextrusion and bidirectional stretching, wherein the layer A is a surface layer; the layer B is a core layer; the layer C is a transfer layer; the layer A comprises 95.0 to 97.0 weight percent of PP and 3.0 to 5.0 weight percent of an antisticking agent; the layer B comprises 97.0 to 98.0 percent of PP and 2.0 to 3.0 percent of slipping agent; and the layer C comprises 95.0 to 97.0 percent of PP, 2.0 to 3.0 percent of antisticking agent and 1.0 to 2.0 percent of slipping agent. As the transfer layer, namely the layer C, of the BOPP is added with the slipping agent and the antisticking agent, the energy of the film surface of the layer is reduced and the film surface has a smaller color layer adhesive force than an aluminum layer, so the film surface is clean when stripped from the adhered aluminum layer and the aluminum layer and the color layer are transferred onto card paper completely. When the basement film is used in the manufacturing of gold and silver card paper, a process procedure of coating a stripping layer is not required. The base film can be repeatedly used for a plurality of times, greatly reduce cost, improve the rate of finished products and produce bright color and good effect.
