The intracutaneous horizontal needle is characterized in that the needle neck is in transition connection with the needle body by adopting an arc section, and the needle handle is also in transition connection with the needle neck by adopting an arc section; and the needle handle is a round wing which is a whole body formed by encircling a stainless steel wire integrated with the needle body for at least one circle. The needle is provided with a reasonable needle wing which provides convenience for stably fixing the needle in a skin without moving or changing the position of the needle body. An oblique needle neck is arranged between the needle handle and the needle body and the angle of the needle neck is 25 to 35 DEG C.
