Intertillage ridging is an important link in the field management of cured tobaccos, but tobacco leaves are easily crushed during the ridging. The existing tobacco field ridging machines do not solve the problem. The present invention discloses a tobacco field ridging machine automatically protecting leaves. During the work, helical blades are driven by a power-driven auger shaft to rotate, soil is loosened by a rotary tillage cutter, the soil loosened is pushed to the two sides by the helical blades and thrown to ridge top by the force of inertia, and the soil is ridged. A ridge top copying plate and ridge side copying plates are closely attached to ridge surfaces, tobacco leaves laid on the ridge surfaces are held up by the copying plates, and the tobacco leaves held up slip across leafplates and leaf protecting grids as a trailer advances. The tobacco leaves are prevented from being buried by the soil during the ridging. The ridging machine can adapt to different ridge spacings bychanging the helical angle of the helical blades, and can adapt to different ridge widths by adjusting the sheathing distance of the leaf protecting grids with a machine frame. As the radius of the helical blades is smaller than the work radius of the rotary tillage cutter, the soil loosened can not be all pushed to ridge top. One layer of loosened soil is kept on ridge bottom, which is favorablefor preservation of soil moisture.
