The present invention provides a non-negative pressure hot water supply system for domestic use. The system comprises a steady flow compensator, a vacuum supressor, a water pump, a control cabinet, a heat user, a self-balancing regulating valve and a solenoid valve. A water supply pipeline of a municipal heat supply network is orderly connected with the steady flow compensator, the water pump and a heat user pipe network. Return water is delivered to the return water pipeline of the municipal heat supply network after passing through the self-balancing regulating valve and the solenoid valve. The present invention adopts non-negative pressure inlet water control and self-balancing regulating return water control, and the water supply pipeline and the return water pipeline of the municipal heat supply network are directly connected in series without adopting a heat exchanger. The heat consumption of the heat exchanger is saved. The present invention also has the advantages of land occupation and investment saving, water saving, energy saving and safe and reliable running.
