The invention discloses a tripping method for operation by adopting a power swivel, which is applied to petroleum drilling. The tripping method for operation by adopting the novel power swivel is formed by matching a specially-designed bearable and torsional drill collar elevator, a bearable and torsional elevator, a casing elevator, an existing tubular column lifting tool, a tubular column conveying device and other well mouth tools as well as a power slip and a hydraulic powder toque chain tong device. A tubular column is transferred to the well mouth by matching the tubular column conveying device with the tubular column lifting tool; the power slip is matched with the special bearable and torsional elevator; the fastening and tightening buckle operations are finished through the hydraulic powder toque chain tong device; and the tripping of a tubular column is realized. The invention can simplify operation procedures, reduce the labor intensity of workers, the operation space of the well mouth as well as the sizes of a derrick and a drill floor, and improve the movability of a drilling machine. The invention replaces the traditional method for the tripping operation by adopting double elevators.
