The invention relates to a bile duct support and a preparation method thereof. The bile duct support is characterized in that non-woven films are electrostatically spinned on the inner wall and the outer wall of a meshy bile duct support knitted by using the present medical alloy silk to form a cladding structure for an alloy silk meshy bile duct support. Because the film adopts medical polyurethane with favorable biocompatibility and high elasticity, the biocompatibility of the bile duct support in the body is improved, and the high elasticity of the support is maintained. A function of hindering the bile flowing through the bile duct by the support alloy silk and stimulation to bile duct endothelial cells and bile duct smooth muscle cells in the bile duct caused by radially expanding the bile duct by the alloy silk are effectively eliminated, and the bile duct is avoided to become narrow again. The bile duct support has simple preparation method, convenient operation, low cost and favorable controllability on preparation of the inner film and the outer film of the bile duct, and the method is suitable for preparing bile ducts with various diameters and lengths.
