The invention relates to a natural wind processing system for air-conditioning waste heat, which comprises an outdoor unit (1), a centrifugal fan blade (8) and a connector (12), wherein the shaft end of a cooling air-exhaust motor (7) of the outdoor unit (1) is changed into the centrifugal fan blade (8); the front end of an air hopper (9) at the periphery of the centrifugal fan blade (8) is provided with a circular bent opening; the shell wall of the air hopper (9) is provided with an exhaust gas discharging opening (2) to improve the effect of discharging the redundant waste heat. Through the technology, the redundant waste heat of the air-conditioner outdoor unit is intensively sucked into the air hopper and is buried in an underground ditch channel through a natural air-draft pipeline, so that environmental temperature rise is controlled effectively.
