The invention relates to a method for carrying out oil-gas recycling treatment for a gas station by using a membrane separation process and a system implementing same. By adopting of the method and the system of the invention, the oil gas collected in an underground oil storage tank of the gas station is separated, therefore, air pollution caused by directly discharging slight positive pressure oil-gas by a breather valve in the traditional gas station is reduced, slight negative pressure in the underground oil storage tank can be kept to reduce the further volatilization of the stored light oil product, and phases of oil-gas separation and membrane cleaning are automatically and circularly operated under the action of a control system. The invention has the characteristics of low oil-gas emission concentration, high oil-gas separation treatment efficiency, low cost, long service life, small occupation area, convenient operation and the like.
