The invention relates to a method for circulating and preserving ling-wu dates at a room temperature. The method comprises the following steps of: stopping irrigating a fine variety of ling-wu dates 3-7 days before picking; intactly picking at 7-9 maturity while keeping the fruit stalks as much as possible; discarding infected, attacked or rotten fruits; fumigating with 1-2uL/L1-MCP for 12-24h; soaking the fruits with 5-10g/kg thiophonate-methyl for 20-30min; dripping and putting in a semi-underground natural-ventilation storehouse; precooling at 10-15 DEG C for 10-20h; drying; putting in PE preserving bags of 0.02mm with air-regulating moisture-permeating functions by 2.5kg per bag; tying the bag mouths; boxing for transportation or putting on shelves for storage; coating quilts on the whole vehicle during transportation; and during the preservation and storage period, closing the door and the ventilation window of the semi-underground natural-ventilation storehouse in the day and opening the door and the ventilation window of the semi-underground natural-ventilation storehouse from 7 o'clock at evening to 7 o'clock in the morning the next day. By adopting the technology, the ling-wu dates can be preserved for 1 month with plump appearance, bright colors, freshness, crisp tissue, suitable sweet and sour and rich juice so that the invention accords with the national sanitary standards of pollution-free foods.
