The invention discloses a hot wind heating device and a hot wind heating method. The device comprises a hot wind outlet pipe, an outlet wind hood and a port connecting device, wherein the outlet wind hood comprises a wind hood connecting end and brushy heat-resistance wires which surround and are connected with the wind hood connecting end and distributed in a tubular shape; and the port connecting device is connected with the outlet wind hood and the output end of the hot wind outlet pipe. The method is to heat the surface of a workpiece to be heated by using the device. The device has the advantages that: the outlet wind hood formed by the brushy heat-resistance wires is arranged on the hot wind outlet pipe of the traditional hot wind heating device, so an operator can easily control the operation distance between the hot wind outlet pipe and the workpiece to be heated; small gaps between the heat-resistance wires can leak part of wind to ensure the hot wind flows smoothly in the hot wind pipe and prevent abrupt rises in the temperature of heating equipment from damaging and shortening the service life of internal parts of the heating equipment; the heat-resistance wires can also prevent the loss of a large amount of hot wind, reduce the waste of the heat of the hot wind and improve the utilization rate of the hot wind; and the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
