The invention relates to a scale-clearing antiscaling agent of oil wells, which is applied to the scale clearing and the scale prevention of oil wells in oil fields. The scale-clearing antiscaling agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 32-36.5 parts of polyoxyethylene alkyl phenol carboxylate, 12-15 parts of N,N'-2(2-ethoxyl) sodium glycin, 5.5-7.5 parts of sodium benzoate, 0.5-1 part of sodium nitrite, 0.5-1 part of vitamin A, 5-7.5 parts of urotropine, 0.5-1.5 parts of hydrochloric acid, 5-10 parts of methanol and 25-35 parts of water. The scale-clearing antiscaling agent has the advantages that the scale obstruction rate reaches more than 90% and the scale clearing rate reaches more than 55% under a condition that 200-300mg/l of scale-clearing antiscaling agent of an oil well is added into the oil well by an oil pipe of the oil well and an annular space of a sleeve pipe.
