The invention relates to a packing machine for filling sacks, particularly valve sacks, having a housing on which a filling port is provided on a front surface for filling the sacks. The housing of the packing machine according to the invention is structured to receive different transport organs and has dimensions such that it is suitable for receiving different transport organs. At least one vertical filling turbine, a horizontal filling turbine, and an air transport organ can be optionally used as a transport organ in the housing. In the packing machine according to the invention, the location of the filling port on the front surface of the housing is not changed when exchanging the transport organ, rather, it stays the same, so that despite exchanging the transport organ the position ofthe packing machine within a filling area does not have to be changed or adjusted.
