The invention discloses embedded network product programming equipment, a switchboard and a method thereof, wherein the embedded network product programming equipment comprises a switchboard with a plurality of downlink ports, and a master server used for allocating temporary MAC address and temporary IP address and downloading firmware and configuration, wherein a first delivery channel and a second delivery channel are arranged between the master server and the switchboard; the first delivery channel is based on standard UDP (user datagram protocol) and used for delivering firmware and configuration; the second delivery channel is based on data packet with VLAN label and used for delivering the IP address of the master server and the temporary MAC address and the temporary IP address; and the master server comprises a first network card and a second network card which respectively correspond to the first delivery channel and the second delivery channel. The invention can be used forbatch downloading and upgrading of software or configuration in the production process of embedded network products, thus greatly improving the production efficiency.
