The invention relates to a woolen paper and a preparing method thereof. The woolen paper is prepared by mixing plant fibers and animal fibers and pulping on a paper making machine. The plant fiber canbe any one of jute pulp, cotton pulp, wood pulp or waste paper pulp, or a mixture formed by any combination of the jute pulp, the cotton pulp, the wood pulp and the waste paper pulp. The animal fiberis wool fiber which can be refined wool, original wool or wool spinning leftovers. The plant fibers and the animal fibers are pulped through a trough-style pulp beater, a disc refining pulp beater, apressurized pulp screen and a long-mesh, circular-mesh or inclined-mesh multi-cylinder paper making machine, pressed polish and cut into the woolen paper. The woolen paper has the advantages of comfortable hand feel, cleaning and smoothness. After being piled and compressed, the woolen paper can be machined into a soft pressurized roller or a wool roller and used for the production operation, such as the embossing of plastic, the rolling of plastic films, the press polish of laser anti-counterfeit paper and the press polish of cold-pressed steel sheets and can achieve a remarkable effect.
