本发明公开了一种新结构类型化合物莲子心新碱(neoliensinine)及其提取、分离、制备和鉴定方法，该化合物具有潜在的药物应用前景。本发明化合物莲子心新碱的化学结构式如图。本发明还包括对莲子心新碱制成的盐或其衍生物以及上述结构式中通过2(N)、2’(N)和2”(N)位进行去甲基化然后再烃基化，19’位酚羟基烷基化得到19’位甲醚、乙醚、丙醚、异丙基醚、苯醚等多种化学反应得到的衍生化合物或衍生物盐。

The invention discloses a new structural compound neoliensinine and extraction, isolation, preparation and identification methods thereof, the compound has potential medicine application prospect. Thechemical structural formula of the compound neoliensinine is shown in the figure. The invention also comprises the steps that demethylation is carried out on salt or derivant prepared by the neoliensinine and 2(N), 2'(N) and 2''(N) positions in the above structural formula, then hydrocarbylation is carried out, 19' position phenolic hydroxyl is alkylated to obtain derivative compounds or salt derivatives, such as 19' position methyl ether, diethyl ether, propyl ether, isopropyl ether, phenylate and the like through various chemical reactions.
