The invention discloses a water treatment method for waste water floccuent treatment and floc reclamation, belonging to the inorganic environment resource recycling field, which is characterized in that reclaimed floc is used for synthesizing magnetic flocculant which is used for treating waste water containing iron, thus obtaining dense floc with low water content; a permanent magnet device can recycle floc below 0.2-1.5 T; magnetic powder therein can prepare magnetic flocculant, thus achieving the reutilization result; and magnetic powder does not lose in the recycling process. When waste water is treated, the turbidity of water sample and the removal efficiency of iron are both high; and the method has simple process and high recovery rate and is environmental friendly.
