The invention provides a pavement structure of a cement concrete bridge deck. An epoxy asphalt concrete layer (2) and an SMA13 asphalt concrete layer (3) are arranged above the cement concrete bridge deck (1) in sequence; the cement concrete bridge deck (1) is cohered with the epoxy asphalt concrete layer (2) by a waterproof bonding layer (4); and the epoxy asphalt concrete layer (2) is cohered with the SMA13 asphalt concrete layer (3) by a bonding layer (5). The scheme of the invention improves the high temperature stability and anti-fatigue property of the bridge deck pavement layer, and obtains complex balance on aspects such as low temperature crack resistance, deformation follow performance, use wear and the like of structure; in the scheme of the invention, the deformation adaptability is strong, and the fatigue life span is also very good; the combination scheme is technologically feasible, and has higher cost performance and the best combination property under the premise of no large differences among all indexes.
