A signal measurement system comprises a signal generation unit, a waveform display unit and a control unit which are sequentially connected. The control unit comprises an adjustment unit, a sampling measurement unit and a result output unit which are sequentially connected; and the adjustment unit is connected with the waveform display unit, the signal generation unit is used for generating at least one signal to be measured, the waveform display unit receives the at least one signal to be measured and displays waveform of the signal to be measured, the adjustment unit is used for adjusting the waveform displayed by the waveform display unit, and the sampling measurement unit measures parameters of the signal to be measured according to the adjusted waveform of the waveform display unit and then transmits a measurement result to the result output unit which is used for displaying the measurement result. The invention further provides a signal measurement method. The signal measurementsystem and the method thereof can improve signal measurement efficiency.
