The present invention provides a semiconducting aromatic amic acid composition and a preparing method thereof, and a semi-conductive seamless tubular polyimide film using the semiconducting aromatic amic acid composition and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the invention relates to an emi-conducting aromatic amic acid composition, which comprises an aromatic amic acid low polymer obtained by condensation polymerization of equimolar amounts of more than two aromatic tetracarboxylic components and aromatic diamines, carbon black and organic polar solution.
