本发明涉及一种轮圈冲孔机，包括基座、设置在基座上的冲孔装置，冲孔装置包括冲孔用冲头、用于驱动冲头完成冲压动作的驱动机构、凹模，所述冲孔装置还包括用于支撑轮圈的支撑模，轮圈固定后，冲头位于轮圈的圆周外侧，凹模紧抵在轮圈的圆周内侧。该轮圈冲孔机对轮圈无压伤以及加工出的冲孔基本无毛刺，且工作效率高、设置简单。

The invention relates to a rim punching machine, which comprises a pedestal and a punching device arranged on the pedestal, wherein the punching device comprises a punching head for punching, a driving mechanism for driving the punching head to finish a punching action, and a die; and the punching device also comprises a supporting mold for supporting a rim. When the rim is fixed, the punching head is positioned on the outer side of the periphery of the rim and the die is tightly pressed against the inner side of the periphery of the rim. The rim punching machine causes no press marks on the rim, ensures punched holes machined substantially have no burrs, and has high working efficiency and simple settings.
