The invention discloses a moment control device arranged on a double rocker arm type holding pole. The moment control device is characterized by comprising two groups of electronic moment controllers, and the electronic moment controllers are respectively arranged on two sides of a mast for determining and controlling actual moment difference between two rocker arms. The electronic moment controllers are employed to sense deformation tension F of a main chord, unbalance moment M is calculated and compared with precalibrated unbalance moment, and the moment difference is limited by restrictingmotion direction of each mechanism to protect balance of the double rocker arm type holding pole when corresponding control points are reached. The moment control device has simple control method andcan effectively ensure safe use of the double rocker arm type holding pole.
