The invention discloses a preparation method of derivatives of tetrahydro triazine. The method comprises the following steps: 2-methyl-1-tosyl ethylene imine, hydrazone and catalytic agent are added in a reaction container in sequence, organic solvent is added, the reaction temperature is maintained 80 to 100 DEG C, the components are stirred and reacted for 5 to 30 hours, after the reaction, cooling and filtering are performed, the filter liquor is depressurized and concentrated, and then the derivatives of tetrahydro triazine are obtained through column chromatography purification. The preparation method of derivatives of tetrahydro triazine has the advantages of mild reaction condition, high yield, simple process and convenient operation.
