The invention relates to a microcrystal glass product which is produced by green glass ceramic and has a pressed surface structure. The invention also relates to a method for re-shaping the green ceramic for producing the microcrystal glass, wherein the green glass body preformed from a glass melt and already cooled to a temperature lower than a nucleus formation temperature TKb is reheated to such a surface temperature that the viscosity of the glass becomes 10<6.6>Pa s to 10<9>Pa s by a gas infrared porous illuminator, thereafter subjected to a secondary formation step, and then cooled to a temperature lower than the transformation temperature Tg at a high cooling rate. The invention also relates to a method for producing the microcrystal glass with the structuring surface. The structuring surface has the advantages of that the whole product is made of the same microcrystal glass product and thus the different characters between the surface layer and the microcrystal glass does not exist and the surface has lotus effect.
