The invention discloses a spherical travelling wave type ultrasonic motor pre-tightening mechanism with multiple degrees of freedom, comprising a clamping sleeve, a base, locating baffles and springs, wherein the clamping sleeve is connected with the base, three grooves are symmetrically distributed on the base along the center at 120 degrees, the springs are fixed inside the grooves, and the locating baffles are firmly fixed in the gaps between the springs and the inner ring of the clamping sleeve. The pre-tightening mechanism has the characteristics of small volume, simple structure, convenient installation and debugging and the like; the springs can be used for ensuring all the points at the inner edges of travelling wave stators to cling to spherical rotors and conveniently adjusting the pre-tightening force between the plurality of travelling wave stators and the spherical rotors at the same time; meanwhile, the pre-tightening force between the stators and the rotors can be guaranteed to be uniform and consistent.
